Building requirements, handled
Most managed apartment and condo buildings have rules for moving day, so our apartment movers plan for them before the truck arrives. Tell us the building when you book and we’ll take care of it:
- Certificate of insurance (COI). Many buildings in King of Prussia, Conshohocken, Phoenixville and Lansdale won’t let a mover in without one. That’s why we send it to management ahead of time.
- Elevator and loading-dock reservations. We’ll help you schedule the freight elevator or dock window, then plan the crew around it.
- Move-in hours. Buildings often restrict moves to certain days and times, so we schedule around those limits.
- Common-area protection. We also pad elevators and protect hallways and door frames, which keeps your building manager and your security deposit happy.
