How moving and storage works with us
- Estimate and plan. We look at your home in person, by video or by phone, and talk through your timeline, including your best guess at the delivery date. Plans change, and that’s fine.
- Meet your crew before move day. We send a photo and the names of your movers, so you know who is coming.
- Track your crew live. On move day you get a live GPS tracking link to follow your crew to your door.
- Pack and load. Our crew protects your current home, wraps and pads every piece, and then loads it. Add full or partial packing if you’d rather not pack yourself.
- Vault storage. Your belongings go into storage vaults at our Quakertown warehouse, which we run ourselves. Nothing gets handed to a third-party storage company, so you always know who has your things.
- Delivery. When the new house is ready, we bring your vaults out, unload, reassemble furniture and place everything room by room.
- Move Director follow-up. After the move, your Move Director checks in personally to make sure everything went right.

About the warehouse
Our warehouse is in Quakertown in Upper Bucks County, close to Route 309 and the Turnpike’s Quakertown interchange. It has roughly 6,000 square feet of space for short- and longer-term household storage. It’s a working warehouse, not a self-storage facility, so your belongings are handled only by our crew. Our main office is at 7 Church Rd in Hatfield, and you’re welcome to visit the warehouse.
