How we plan a commercial move
- Site walk-through. First, we visit both locations to check elevators, loading docks, parking and building rules.
- Move plan. Then you get a written estimate with crew size, schedule and a clear order of operations. For larger offices, we recommend a simple labeling system so every box and piece of furniture lands in the right room.
- Building coordination. We also provide certificates of insurance and coordinate elevator and dock times with property management at both ends.
- Moving window. We work after hours, overnight or on weekends if that’s what it takes to keep you open Monday morning.
- Meet your crew before move day. We send a photo and the names of your movers, so you know who is coming.
- Track your crew live. On move day you get a live GPS tracking link to follow your crew to your door.
- Setup. Furniture is reassembled and placed according to your floor plan, so your team can unpack and get back to work.
- Move Director follow-up. After the move, your Move Director checks in personally to make sure everything went right.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance for our building?
Yes. Send us your building’s requirements, and then we’ll provide the COI to property management at both locations.
Can you move heavy equipment like copiers and safes?
Yes. We move large printers, copiers, safes and other heavy items with the right equipment and crew, so tell us about them during the walk-through.
Do you disconnect computers and IT equipment?
We move computers and equipment carefully, but your IT provider should disconnect and reconnect networks, servers and phone systems.
Can you store office furniture during a renovation?
Yes. We also offer commercial storage at our Quakertown warehouse for overflow, staging and renovation holds.
