Designer services for receive, warehouse, and white-glove install
Better Choice Moving partners with interior designers, galleries, and FF&E teams across Bucks County, Montgomery County, the Main Line, and the Lehigh Valley. From our ~6,000 sq ft warehouse at 420 Station Rd, Quakertown, we receive freight, hold it cleanly, then deliver and install to your plan.
The Better Choice process
Built like the top designer-logistics operators – one partner from the dock to the final placement.
- Receive – We accept manufacturer and vendor shipments at 420 Station Rd on your behalf so product never piles up in a showroom back room.
- Inspect and document – Pieces are checked on arrival. Condition notes and photos go out when something does not match or arrives damaged.
- Warehouse hold – Secure staging for short- or longer-term holds while the site, client, or punch list catches up.
- White-glove deliver and install – Uniformed crew delivers on your window, places per plan, handles light assembly, and removes packing debris.
Receiving and inspection
As your receiving partner, we take inbound furniture, fixtures, lighting, and decor for design projects and FF&E packages.
- Confirm shipments against PO / delivery notes when provided
- Inspect for visible damage or shortages
- Document issues with notes and photos
- Notify you promptly before install day
- Stage items for storage or upcoming delivery

Better Choice is not responsible for interior work by contractors or for surfaces we hang into. Hidden plumbing or electrical behind walls that is not visible to the install team is outside our responsibility if damage occurs.
Storage and payment policies
- A credit card must be on file before items are accepted into storage. Monthly storage fees bill automatically unless otherwise arranged.
- Items are not released until invoices 30 days or older are paid in full.
- Better Choice retains a lien on property in our possession. After advance notice, property may be held or sold to cover past-due invoices as allowed by law.
- We accept credit/debit card, Zelle, and check. Move and labor payments are due on completion unless agreed in advance.
Receiving notes for designers
- If you expect an item and do not see it in the dashboard, call anytime – we try to notify on arrival, but please check.
- Designers should review portal photos for damage. We note visible freight damage; manufacturing defects and repair decisions stay with you and the vendor.
- Glass, stone, marble, and similar pieces that are not crated travel at the designer/client risk.
- High-risk items (hardwire lighting, marble, stone, fountain, glass, etc.) may not get a full unpack inspection when removing packaging would increase damage risk.
