Our hourly rates for your date

Weekday rates (Mon to Fri)

Moves are billed by the hour for the crew and truck you need. A travel fee is charged at the rate shown. Your coordinator confirms the right crew size for your home.

Online booking questions

Is my move booked as soon as I submit?

Your request goes straight into our scheduling system with the date you picked. A coordinator then confirms the date, arrival window and crew with you and sends your estimate to review and sign online. Days and arrival times that are already full on our schedule are greyed out, so you only pick from open spots. If anything changes, we will call you with the closest options.

Why do you show hourly rates instead of a price?

Every home is different, so a fair price depends on how much is moving, access at both homes and how long the job takes. We show our published hourly rates up front so there are no surprises, and your coordinator helps you understand the likely time for your move.

Are weekend rates different?

Yes. Saturday and Sunday moves have higher hourly rates than Monday through Friday. The rate table updates to match the date you choose.

What is the travel fee?

The travel fee covers getting the crew and truck to your home and back, and it is charged at the travel rate shown for your crew size.

Do I pay anything online?

No payment is collected on this page. Payment is due when your move is complete, by credit or debit card, Zelle or check.
