Main Line apartments and condos

Lower Merion and Narberth have more elevator buildings than most people realize: mid-rise condos in Bala Cynwyd and Wynnewood, apartment buildings near the train stations in Ardmore and Bryn Mawr, and converted older buildings with one small elevator. Most of them want three things before a mover shows up: a certificate of insurance (COI) naming the building, a reserved elevator with protective pads, and a fixed move window. Send us the building’s requirements when you book. We’ll provide the COI to management and plan the crew around the elevator time, so the move fits inside the slot.

King of Prussia and Conshohocken apartment complexes

KOP and Conshohocken have both garden-style walk-ups and newer elevator buildings near the Schuylkill River Trail. A third-floor walk-up and an upper-floor unit with an elevator are different jobs, and we staff them differently. Loading docks in the newer buildings are often shared with deliveries, so we confirm the dock schedule with the leasing office ahead of time. Our apartment movers page covers the details.

Stone homes in Gladwyne, Penn Valley and Lafayette Hill

Fieldstone colonials in Gladwyne, Penn Valley and Lafayette Hill have plaster walls, deep window sills and long carries from the street to the front door. We lay runners on every path, pad banisters and door frames, and bring white-glove care to antiques and art.

North Penn split-levels and twins

Close to our office, Souderton, Hatfield, Lansdale and Colmar are full of split-levels, ranches and twins built from the 1950s on. Split-levels mean short stair runs in every direction, which is where dressers get scraped if a crew rushes. Ours don’t.

New construction along Route 422

Collegeville, Trappe, Royersford and Limerick keep adding new single-family homes and townhomes. Expect HOA rules on truck parking and move-in hours, and floors so new they still have the builder’s stickers. We protect them from the first box to the last.

Moving around Montco traffic

The Schuylkill Expressway, the Blue Route, Route 202 through King of Prussia and Route 309 through Montgomeryville can each turn a 20-minute drive into an hour. We know when to leave and which way to go, and we set your arrival window with real local traffic in mind.

Selling in Lansdale before the Blue Bell house is yours? Use move-and-store: we load the truck once, keep your things in the vaults at our Quakertown warehouse, up Route 309, and bring them to the new address on your schedule.

Questions for our Montgomery County residential movers

Our Bala Cynwyd building needs a COI and an elevator reservation. Can you handle that?

Yes. Send us the building’s requirements and we’ll provide the certificate of insurance to management. You reserve the elevator, and we plan the crew so the move finishes inside your window.

You’re based in Hatfield. Do you really cover all of Montgomery County?

Yes. Route 309 and the Northeast Extension put North Penn, Indian Valley, Blue Bell and King of Prussia within easy reach, and we move families all the way to the Main Line. When you call, the owners answer the phone.

Can you move a rowhome on a steep street in Conshohocken or Norristown?

Yes. We plan parking ahead of time, protect narrow stairways and take furniture apart when it won’t clear a tight turn.

We bought new construction in Collegeville. What should we know?

Check your HOA’s rules on move-in hours and truck parking, and share them when you book. We protect new floors, walls and stair rails throughout the move.

Do you offer storage if our closing dates don’t match?

Yes. We load your home, store it in vaults at our Quakertown warehouse and deliver when the new house is ready.
